Master data
Brand profile
Your brand profile is the core of your Reguly account. These data appear on every declaration of conformity, every product passport and your public brand page. Maintain it once cleanly — and use it everywhere.
What belongs in the brand profile?
- Identity: Brand name, logo, slogan, brand colours.
- Legal data: Company name, address, tax/VAT ID, commercial-register number.
- Contact: Compliance email (important for authority correspondence), support email, phone.
- Certifications: List of all relevant certificates (e.g. B Corp, OEKO-TEX, FSC) — Reguly optionally shows them on the brand page and in the DPP.
- Website config: Domain for the public brand page, language, defaults for QR-code branding.
Step by step
- 1
Open the brand profile
In the dashboard under 'Master data → Brand'. You see six tabs: identity, legal, contact, certifications, website, branding.
- 2
Fill in identity
Upload your logo (PNG, SVG recommended, at least 512×512 px) and enter the brand name. Optional: slogan and brand colours (hex codes).
- 3
Legal data
Enter every field needed for official documents. Reguly checks the format of the VAT ID automatically.
- 4
Contact data
The compliance email automatically receives all authority reminders and LUCID confirmations. We recommend a shared address, not a personal mailbox.
- 5
Link certifications
Upload certificates or link them from the compliance vault. Per certificate you can choose whether it is public (visible on the brand page) or internal only.
- 6
Website config
When you want to use a public brand page, enter your desired domain here. Reguly links to the website editor where you adjust layout and colours.
- 7
Save
Click 'Save'. Reguly immediately updates every dependent piece of data — DOCs, DPPs and the brand page.

Where do changes take effect?
Brand-profile data is used in many places. Change deliberately — for an address change you will want to see it in three places:
- DOCs: The next DOC run uses the new address. Existing DOCs keep the old data (audit safety).
- DPPs: Visible immediately in the published passport once you save.
- Brand page: Visible immediately.
- Packaging register: Reguly marks an address change as 'must be added in LUCID' — you must also update it there manually.
Update the LUCID address separately
