Marketing

Website editor

Reguly automatically creates a public brand page for you — a website on which your products, certificates, brand videos and DPPs appear. With the website editor you adjust colours, fonts, layout and content without writing a line of code.

What is the brand page?

The brand page is your public business card at https://your-brand.reguly.eu (or your own domain). Consumers land there when they scan a DPP QR code or google your brand. The page shows:

  • brand story and logo,
  • current products with images and short descriptions,
  • brand videos and compliance highlights,
  • certificates (when public),
  • contact details and imprint.

Step by step: customise the brand page

  1. 1

    Open the editor

In the dashboard under 'Marketing → Website editor'. You see a live preview of your brand page next to the editor.

  2. 2

    Pick colours

Reguly uses your brand colours by default (from the brand profile). You can fine-tune them here — primary, secondary, background, text.

  3. 3

    Pick fonts

Reguly offers a curated selection of fonts (Inter, Manrope, Playfair Display etc.). Pick one for headings and one for body text.

  4. 4

    Arrange layout components

Drag-and-drop reorder sections — hero, products, story, certificates, videos, contact. Sections you do not want to show, hide.

  5. 5

    Edit content

Click a section to change text. Reguly pulls text from master data — you can override it for the brand page individually.

  6. 6

    Mobile preview

Switch between desktop, tablet and mobile to ensure everything looks good on every device.

  7. 7

    Publish

Click 'Publish'. Changes go live within seconds. When you want to roll back, the previous version is one click away.

Connect a custom domain

Instead of your-brand.reguly.eu you can use your own domain like www.yourbrand.com. Prerequisite: you manage the DNS settings of your domain.

  1. 1

    Add the domain

In the editor under 'Domain → Add custom domain' you enter your desired domain.

  2. 2

    Set DNS records

Reguly shows you the necessary A and CNAME records. Set them at your domain provider (e.g. Strato, IONOS, GoDaddy).

  3. 3

    Wait for verification

After 5 minutes to 24 hours Reguly automatically checks the records. You receive an email as soon as the domain is active.

  4. 4

    SSL automatic

Reguly issues an SSL certificate automatically (Let's Encrypt). You do not need to worry about it.

On a custom domain: imprint and privacy

When you use your own domain, you are responsible for imprint and privacy policy. Reguly provides templates but you must ensure the content is correct for your brand.

SEO and findability

Reguly automatically sets correct meta tags, OpenGraph images and a robots.txt. When you want to index your brand page on Google, register it in Google Search Console — we generate a sitemap automatically at /sitemap.xml.

FAQ

Can I add custom HTML/CSS?
In the standard editor: no. In the Pro plan you can insert custom CSS rules under 'Branding → Advanced'. Custom HTML is not possible for security and SEO reasons.
How fast are changes live?
Within around 5 seconds. Reguly uses a global CDN so the page loads quickly worldwide.
Is content translated automatically?
Reguly supports multilingual content (German / English). You maintain text per language; automatic translation is optional and marked with 'AI translation suggestion' — you must always review.
Are there analytics for the brand page?
Yes, in the insights area under 'Analytics'. We track anonymously which pages are viewed, without cookies or personal reference.
