Data hub
The data hub is the control centre for all supplier data: create suppliers, request missing values in a targeted way, accept answers into the data pool — and analyse in seconds which packaging has which data (and which does not).
Three functions, one area
- Suppliers: A central list of your suppliers with contact person, email, supplied materials and the status of requested data.
- Data pool: All values suppliers have already delivered — searchable and filterable by material, value, supplier.
- Data requests: Automated forms you send to suppliers — they fill them in without a Reguly account.
When do I use the data hub?
- When creating a new product and you are missing packaging data — link the supplier and send a data request.
- Before every DOC creation to make sure every required value is present.
- Before every packaging-register report to have plausible quantity/material assignments.
- In audits to demonstrate that you provably requested data from suppliers — even if they have not (yet) answered.
Step by step: create a supplier
- 1
Open the data hub
In the dashboard under 'PPWR → Data hub'. You see the tabs Suppliers, Data pool and Data requests.
- 2
Create a new supplier
Click 'Add supplier' and enter company name, contact person, email and supplied materials. Reguly uses this data to phrase requests appropriately later.
- 3
Link with products
In the product master-data view, pick the supplier. Reguly then knows which packaging parts come from which supplier.
Step by step: send a data request
- 1
Start the request
Click 'New data request' and pick the supplier. Reguly automatically suggests which values are missing.
- 2
Pick values
Tick the fields you need answers for — recyclate share, substances, material, certificates. You can add custom fields.
- 3
Personalise
Reguly auto-fills a friendly message. You can edit it, set a deadline and decide whether the supplier may upload files (e.g. PDF certificates).
- 4
Send
Reguly sends the supplier an email with a unique link. The supplier opens the form in the browser — no login, no Reguly account needed.
- 5
Review answers
When the supplier submits, the request appears under 'Data requests' as 'answer received'. You review the values and accept them into your master data with one click — or reject and ask for follow-up.

Data pool — make values searchable
In the data pool you see all collected values as a table: which supplier reported which recyclate share for which material — last updated when? You can filter by material (e.g. 'Show me all PET recyclate shares younger than 12 months') and spot anomalies (e.g. a supplier consistently reporting below the industry average).
Pool data is mirrored into your product master data automatically as soon as you accept an answer. You do not need to sync anything manually.
