Account

Team

Reguly is built for teamwork: compliance is rarely a one-person job. In the team area you invite colleagues by email, assign roles and see who is actively working in the system.

Plan upgrade required

Who needs a Reguly account?

Typical setups:

  • Compliance manager: Maintains roadmap, DOC generator, vault.
  • Marketing: Manages brand page, videos, QR codes.
  • Procurement: Maintains suppliers and data requests.
  • Management / admin: Plan decisions, audit reviews.
  • External advisors: Read access, optionally as 'Auditor' role.

Step by step: invite member

  1. 1

    Open the team

In the dashboard under 'Account → Team'. You see a list of all existing members.

  2. 2

    Send invitation

Click 'Invite member'. Enter email address, name and role.

  3. 3

    Pick a role

Reguly offers four roles: Admin, Editor, Viewer, Auditor. More on those below.

  4. 4

    Confirm

Reguly sends the recipient an invitation email with a link. The link is valid for 7 days.

  5. 5

    Member registers

Recipient sets a password and is in the system immediately. With the SSO plan this works without a password.

Roles in detail

ViewerRead only. Ideal for stakeholders who should see status but not change anything.
AuditorRead + audit-log access. No changes possible but all detail views accessible.

Role recommendation

Start restrictive: better 'Viewer' and upgrade later than giving someone too many rights. You can change roles any time.

Manage members

  • Change role: You can change a member's role any time — the change applies on next login.
  • Deactivate: Temporarily suspends access (e.g. while an external advisor is on holiday).
  • Remove: Deletes the account fully. The audit log keeps traces of the member — the person can no longer log in.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

In the Pro and Enterprise plan you can enforce 2FA for all members — either as authenticator app or via SMS. Recommendation: authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator), since SMS is less secure.

FAQ

Can I use single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes, in the Enterprise plan via SAML 2.0 or OIDC. We support Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace.
Are actions logged per member in the audit log?
Yes. Every action shows clearly which member triggered it — important for compliance reviews.
How many members per plan?
Free: 1, Standard: 3, Pro: 10, Enterprise: unlimited. More members can be booked as an add-on.
Can I restrict areas per member?
In the Enterprise plan, yes: fine-grained permissions per area (e.g. 'Marketing area: Editor, all others: Viewer'). In Standard/Pro plans the global roles apply.
