Roadmap
The roadmap is your central compliance checklist: Reguly automatically evaluates where your PPWR compliance stands, suggests tasks in the right order and walks you click by click through the EU duties — from material documentation to the quarterly report.
What is the roadmap?
The roadmap is not a static document but a living status. It reads your master data (brand, products, packaging), checks them against the currently valid PPWR requirements and shows you:
- which tasks are immediately due (e.g. missing recyclate shares),
- which are coming up (e.g. the next packaging-register report),
- which you have already completed — and what changes when EU rules are updated.
You reach the roadmap in the dashboard via PPWR → Roadmap. Every task can be opened — Reguly explains what to do and which dashboard area you do it in.
When do I use the roadmap?
- When starting with Reguly: It tells you what to do first.
- Every quarter: Before each quantity report — it shows whether all data is complete.
- After every new product: It checks whether master data is sufficient to produce the DOC.
- When laws change: Reguly updates the roadmap logic and you see new tasks automatically.
Step by step
- 1
Open the roadmap
Click 'PPWR → Roadmap' in the dashboard. You see a list of thematic blocks (e.g. material documentation, recyclate shares, labelling, packaging register).
- 2
Check status per block
Each block has a colour-coded status: green = done, amber = in progress, red = open. Click a block to see the detail tasks.
- 3
Open a task
Inside a block you find individual tasks. Reguly explains what to do, why the task matters and which dashboard area you need (e.g. 'Switch to Master data → Products and add the recyclate share for PET bottle A').
- 4
Tick off a task
As soon as a task is done, Reguly automatically checks whether the status changes. Some tasks you can also manually mark as 'Done', e.g. when the information was documented outside the system.
- 5
Collect lawyer questions
If a task is unclear, click 'Note question'. Reguly collects all your open questions in one block — perfect to discuss them in bulk with your legal advisor.
- 6
View the timeline
In the 'Timeline' tab you see EU deadlines visualised. So you always know what is due by when (e.g. 'PET recyclate share 25% — valid from 2025-01-01').
Status logic in detail
A block is green when every required task is done. Amber when at least one task is in progress (e.g. data request sent but supplier has not answered). Red when at least one required task is still completely open.
