The rulebook does not stand still — your calendar does
The PPWR, the ESPR and the AI Act are continuously fleshed out through legal acts, guidelines and substance restrictions. Follow that on the side and you read either too much or too late — and an item you have read is not yet a task you have done.
- EUR-Lex, ECHA and the Bundesanzeiger each speak their own language — and none of them tells you whether it concerns you.
- Between “something changed” and “we did something” lie weeks and three forwarded emails.
- In the end nobody knows which item has been dealt with and which is still open.
Honestly
Curated, not omniscient
The daily run fetches the configured sources and has them translated, classified and fitted with proposed actions. Everything new lands in a review queue first and only becomes visible after release; whatever an admin corrects there is not overwritten by the next run. Two things follow from that: the feed is a curated extract, not a copy of the Official Journal. And it is a summary with proposals, not legal advice.
How you work with it
Filter to your rule set
The feed can be narrowed to the PPWR, DPP or AI Act. Every card carries the rule set, the publication date and — where the item names one — the date from which something applies. At the foot it says how many action steps it contains and which source it came from.
Read the severity before you read the item
Three levels pre-sort the pile: “Info” for general developments, “Amendment” for adjustments to existing rules and “New obligation” for anything additional heading your way. Plus the plain-language summary and the list of affected articles, for example “Art. 7 PPWR”.
Take the proposed step
Under “How to proceed” each item carries a handful of steps with a rationale. Where Reguly knows a matching module, the step has a direct link attached — into the PPWR compliance roadmap, the DPP generator or the AI inventory, say. The steps are proposals, not instructions.
Get the inbox to empty
You set items you have read to “Done” or move them to the archive; whatever stays open stays visible. That state lives in the browser, not in your account — on a second machine you start with the same pile again.

How often are the sources queried?
Daily at 06:00 UTC by cron job, plus manually in the admin area. Whether there is anything new on a given day depends on the sources — not on the schedule.
Does this show me every relevant legal change?
No, and we do not promise that. A defined list of sources is evaluated — EUR-Lex, ECHA, the EU AI Office, the Bundesanzeiger. No full-text search across the web, and no substitute for your company’s own duty to keep watch.
Are the action steps legally binding?
No. They are derived from the item by a language model and reviewed by an admin before release. They are proposals with a rationale and sometimes a tool link — not legal advice and not a binding interpretation.
Why does a colleague see an item that is missing for me?
Read, done and archive states live in the browser (localStorage), not in your account. Every workstation keeps its own pile. On top of that, the admin release decides from when an item appears in the feed at all.
